Hey Again,
Well yet again i was out with he open class with all your big Superbike at the NEMCRC ,
there was a full grid of 45 though!!!Well that's what the Programme said and i qualified 17th which wasn’t to shabby.
Well the 1st race came and went fast,as i was up to 12th and the leading 250 but going into tower i lost the front end,IN SLOOOOWWWWW MOOOOTTTTIIIOOOON Style . The front tyre i had on was the same tyre I had on for ages and i thought i could make it to the end of the day but Nope,Lost the front end!! Bike got a little bit scratched but nothing major.
Anyway's we got hard to Work to fix the bike as the Rear master cylinder was Not working right,So i Managed to Borrow one from TIM HASTINGS,Such a savior,Thanks
So we managed to get the bike back together for the last race just in time but asked to start from back on the grid as my tyres were freezing as we just got the bike back together just in time,New front tyre though but i kept the Back one on. The race went really good as it took me awhile to heat up the tyres etc but i managed to get up to 17th from dead last on the grid
SUNDAY!!!
Sunday was slightly better for me but i was still lacking most of my confidence from the crash,And now tower had oil all the way around it so made it 10 times Worse,1st race i got a good start and was about 12th but all the big bikes blew past me on the straight which sucks as they slower around the corners but after 6 laps the race was stopped due to Mega heavy rain,So it was called a result and i think i finished something like 16th,
And the last race of the day was luckily dry again and i finished 12th but all weekend i was the 2nd 250 behind BARRY UTTING,i Just couldn't find any confidence after the wee slide i had,
And also the bike isn't running that well recently but hopefully For EAST FORTUNE on the 18th and 19th Will prove to be a better weekend for us!!!
So Hope to see me back up at the top of the results again soon,Well take care people and I’ll talk to you all soon
Stay Safe
